La Fenice Theatre offers to privates, companies and associations the possibility to organize prestigious and exclusive events in his wonderful halls.
La Fenice and the Malibran Theatres are ideal locations to host various types of private events including conventions, concerts, gala dinners, parades and product promotions, just to name a few.
Our special events staff will help you create an event that is unique, memorable and surprisingly affordable. Turn-key facility and catering service are available: whether you are planning an informal dinner for 50, a reception for 500 or more, a concert for 1000, we will make arrangements for everything from flowers and catering service to organisation of concerts and graphic service.

Each event can be tailored to the specific requirements of the customer and complemented with a range of other services such as guided tours, Camera concerts, catering services or gift items from La Fenice. 

Sala Grande: This hall is generally suitable for conferences, conventions, public relation activities or as a venue for shows and concerts. 
The whole or a part of the house can be used, according to the number of people expected to attend: for example the stalls and boxes may be used, leaving the circle foyer and the gallery closed.
Capacity:  from 400 up to 1100 persons

Sale Apollinee: The area can be used on its own, or combined with areas for private parties, concerts, conferences, product presentations, workshops or small conferences.  
When combined with other areas of the Theatre, Apollinee Halls can provide additional space suitable:
*  for suppers wanting to provide a buffet for gala evenings
* for coffee breaks, light lunchesand refreshments during conventions, presentations or guided tours for business groups;
* as reserved space during the shows for public relation events involving founders, donors and other supporters.  
Capacity:  up to 400 persons

Foyer: The Foyer may be used independently of the main house for chamber music concerts, fashion parades, the presentation of new products for commercial purposes or meetings. Its capacity ranges from a total of 200 persons seated up to 300 standing, and the area may be enlarged for cocktail parties by using the two recesses to the left and right.
Capacity:  up to 300 persons

Sala Rossi: This is a hall of high artistic and architectural value that has an indubitable charm. It is absolutely independent of the rest of the Theatre and may be used at the same time with any other type of activity is conducted in the other parts of the building.
It has a capacity of 150/200 people and there is an area that can be used for coffee breaks. If an event is planned that also, according to custom, includes a light lunch, brunch or seated dinner, the capacity may be increased by also using the circle foyer and/or the exhibition room.
 

Malibran Theatre: The entire Theatre is the ideal location in which organize musical, artistic, cultural or trade events.  
Capacity:  up to 900 persons
